KlinTisha Martin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, before earning her Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law, cum laude, in 2022.
While in law school, KlinTisha co-founded the ONU Civil Rights Law Journal and served as its senior staff editor. Her academic achievements and leadership were recognized when she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award in 2022.
Following law school, KlinTisha completed a federal bankruptcy clerkship, an experience that ultimately led her to discover her passion for family law. Before joining Kaye, Lembeck, Hitt, & French, she practiced at both a boutique family law firm in Marietta and a larger Atlanta-based firm serving clients throughout Georgia. Through these roles, KlinTisha gained experience handling all stages of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, legitimization, modifications, and other domestic relations issues. Her diverse background has given her a deep appreciation for the personal and often emotional challenges clients face during family law proceedings.
In February 2026, KlinTisha received her first major professional recognition when she was selected as a Top 40 under 40 honoree by The National Black Lawyers. She is also an active member of the legal community and a member of the Gate City Bar Association.
A proud Georgia native, KlinTisha resides in Dallas, GA with her two sons. Outside of her legal practice, she serves as a varsity girls’ basketball coach at a Cobb County high school. She enjoys traveling, running with Motion Run Club, supporting her children’s academic and athletic activities, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
